What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology's incorporates muscle monitoring at its core, whereby the practitioner accesses the clients muscles as a way of getting feedback from the subconscious mind via a biofeedback loop joining muscles to the brain. From this subconscious place or the innate intelligence we are able to gain new perspectives of your issues symptoms and stress looking to address the root cause rather than the actual symptoms themselves. This same technique is then utilised to ask the body how it would like to be supported allowing healing so you can be brought back to balance or homeostasis, effectively self healing.

What to expect during a session
A kinesiology session begins with a discussion about your current condition, issues, stresses and challenges.
